Gianluca Salvatori has been secretary general of EURICSE since 2009 and vice-president of the first Italian Competence Centre on Social Innovation (ICCSI) since 2024. From 2018 to 2023 he was secretary general of the Italia Sociale Foundation.
He is also a member of the European Commission Expert Group on Social Economy (GECES) and an observer in the UN Inter-Agency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy (UNTFSSE).

Cristian Campagnaro is a full professor of design at Politecnico di Torino. Here, he coordinates the university centre “Polito per il Sociale” about Third Mission for Social impact and teaches Scenario Design, Design for Social Impact, and Food Social Design.
He focuses his research on Social Inclusion, Sustainability, and Participatory Design. On these topics, he is the author of essays and conducts funded projects, teaching activities, community engagement processes, and participatory workshops involving students, policymakers, social operators, and citizens, both fragile and not.

Giulia Galera is a senior researcher at Euricse, where she has worked since 2008. Her research focuses on social enterprises in transition, their legal frameworks, and their role in local development. Previously, she worked at the Institute for the Development of Nonprofit Organizations. She is a board member of the EMES network, part of the scientific committee of the ènostra cooperative, and president of the social enterprise Miledù.
